Ryan C. Owens is a partner at The Bethany Law Center, LLP in Bethany, Oklahoma, who helps families, individuals, and businesses plan for important legal and financial decisions. Owens earned his Juris Doctor, with Distinction, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational and Strategic Communication from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2005. His legal education, communication background, and completion of Elder Law College support his ability to explain complex planning issues clearly. This training helps him evaluate risks, prepare legal documents, and guide clients through sensitive estate, probate, and elder law matters.

Before joining The Bethany Law Center in 2019, Owens developed more than 15 years of legal experience and a practical understanding of client needs. His work includes probate proceedings, guardianships, estate and business planning, trust administration, real estate matters, and business transactions. Through these matters, he helps clients organize affairs, protect property, complete transfers, address fiduciary duties, and make informed decisions during periods of change.

Ryan C. Owens became the first attorney-named partner of the firm, following founding attorney Rick Martin’s 2024 retirement. He has been involved with the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Children’s Advocacy Centers of Oklahoma, and the Pioneer Library System Board of Trustees. Owens brings steady judgment, compassion, and clear communication to his work, helping Oklahoma clients navigate planning, administration, and transactional matters with practical legal support.
