He holds a B.B.A. from Augusta College, earned in 1986, providing a strong business and finance foundation. He went on to obtain his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. He earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law in 1992 to further specialize.

Mr. Mobley began his career as a Certified Public Accountant, leveraging his accounting background to provide insightful tax and financial guidance. In 1996, he joined Fulcher Hagler LLP, where his expertise quickly made him a key part of the firm’s transactional practice. By 1999, he became a partner, focusing on estate planning, tax law, and business law.
