Roy E. Blossman

Roy E. Blossman is a founding partner and managing member whose practice centers on Banking, Finance, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights. With extensive experience advising lenders and businesses, he handles commercial financings, troubled debt restructurings, workouts, lending regulations, and complex credit matters. Roy also manages significant real estate transactions involving acquisitions, sales, and leasing of developed and undeveloped property, providing clients with practical direction throughout intricate negotiations and high-value deals.

Roy earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University Law Center and his B.A. from Louisiana State University. During law school, he contributed to the Louisiana State University Law Review, enhancing his skills in research, statutory interpretation, and written advocacy.

Roy’s corporate and business practice includes structuring companies, guiding mergers and acquisitions, drafting transactional documents, and advising on operational issues for organizations of all sizes. He represents purchasers, sellers, lenders, and investors, coordinating each stage of a deal from initial planning to final execution. His work has earned repeated recognition in banking, finance, and real estate law, including honors such as Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” for Financial Services Regulation Law and additional listings for transactional excellence.
