James R. Huff, II

James R. Huff, II has been practicing law since 1980 and brings over four decades of experience to his clients across Pennsylvania. His legal background includes significant work in bankruptcy law, having served as a Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania for more than 12 years. His practice reflects a longstanding commitment to justice and public service.

Mr. Huff earned his B.A. in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University in 1977 before completing his Juris Doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. His academic foundation has supported a highly effective legal career grounded in constitutional understanding, legal analysis, and advocacy before both state and federal courts.

Mr. Huff is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state and local courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
