Roxan A. Kerr

Roxan A. Kerr is the Managing Principal of RA Kerr Law in Washington, DC. Her practice spans civil litigation, selected criminal defense matters, and transactional work, with a civil focus on commercial contracts and real estate. She handles disputes involving purchase and sale agreements, landlord and tenant issues, neighboring property conflicts, business agreements, consumer protection, fraud, defamation, and related claims. Roxan earned a J.D. cum laude from American University Washington College of Law, where she served on the American University Law Review.
