Ross E. Pitcoff

Ross E. Pitcoff is the founder and managing partner of Pitcoff Law Group, PC, where he focuses on business law, intellectual property, and corporate law. He has more than a decade of experience handling complex commercial disputes and advising companies on legal challenges. His litigation practice includes business divorces, partnership disputes, breach-of-contract claims, fraud matters, and alternative dispute resolution. He also assists businesses with entity structuring, shareholder and operating agreements, acquisitions, internal investigations, contract negotiation, and general counsel services.

Ross earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
