Rosina C. Stambaugh

Rosina C. Stambaugh, Esq., is an experienced immigration attorney and the founder of The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh in York, Pennsylvania. Her practice is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system with clarity and strong legal advocacy. Ms. Stambaugh earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg. During law school, she received the Nancy & Howard Finkelman Scholarship for excellence in trial advocacy. She also gained early hands-on experience by working full-time at the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center, where she served as a legal secretary and BIA Accredited Representative, assisting detained immigrants in removal proceedings.

Ms. Stambaugh practiced as an associate attorney, handling immigration and criminal matters with serious immigration consequences, before opening her own firm. She has successfully litigated cases before Immigration Courts nationwide, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Her work includes defending clients from removal, pursuing family-based immigration petitions, DACA relief, Special Immigrant Juvenile Petitions, U visas, naturalization, and consular processing.

Rosina C. Stambaugh is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
