Rosemary Dettling

Rosemary Dettling is an experienced employment law attorney who represents federal workers in discrimination, retaliation, personnel, and civil rights matters. Her practice includes EEOC cases, MSPB appeals, whistleblower retaliation, disciplinary actions, federal court claims, and settlement negotiations. She helps employees understand federal sector procedures, protect workplace rights, and respond to actions that may affect careers, benefits, and professional futures.

Rosemary earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 1991 and her M.A. in literature from American University in 1998.
