Rose Marie Joly

Rose Marie Joly is a New Hampshire civil litigation lawyer with more than 20 years of experience defending clients in complex disputes. She handles medical malpractice, employment, commercial, consumer protection, and healthcare matters in state and federal courts. She also represents professionals before New Hampshire licensing boards and conducts workplace investigations. Her practice combines courtroom advocacy, administrative representation, negotiation, and pretrial resolution for clients facing significant legal and professional risks.

Rose earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Boston College. She is admitted in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and before the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
