Rose Hernandez

Rose Hernandez is a partner at Saev Hernandez Immigration Practice and a licensed attorney in Tennessee. Her legal practice focuses on employment-based immigration, particularly labor certification (PERM), family-based petitions, and humanitarian immigration relief. Ms. Hernandez earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2007. During her time there, she was a Chancellor’s Law Scholar, received the Scholastic Award in Immigration Law and Policy, and was honored with the Public Interest Service Award. She also served as an Associate Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College, which she was awarded in 1999.
