Ronald R. Rossi

Ronald R. Rossi is a San Jose real estate and business litigation attorney who represents individuals and businesses in complex property disputes and transactions. He has handled a wide range of lawsuits, arbitrations, and real estate matters involving buyers, sellers, agents, developers, and other industry participants. His practice combines decades of trial experience with practical knowledge of Silicon Valley real estate, helping clients address disputes, transactions, and significant property concerns.

Ronald earned his law degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, formerly UC Hastings, in 1968. He received his undergraduate degree from San Jose State University in 1965 and later earned an M.A. in History there in 2009. His legal and academic background supports detailed analysis of real estate transactions, title issues, disclosure obligations, agency relationships, and business disputes requiring careful preparation and sound judgment.

Ronald has handled hundreds of jury and non-jury trials, along with numerous binding arbitrations, during a career spanning more than five decades. His work includes real estate development disputes, sales transactions, title and disclosure issues, dual agency concerns, and other contested property matters.
