Roie M. Bar is the founding partner of Bar Law PLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, with experience in business transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, and estate planning. He has worked in private practice and as in-house counsel. His business practice includes mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, entity formation and reorganization, corporate governance, and real estate transactions, while his litigation work covers contract, partnership, property, construction, and other commercial disputes.

Roie earned a J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business. He previously received a B.S. from Indiana Indiana University, Kelly School of Business.
