Rogge Dunn

Rogge Dunn is the founder of Rogge Dunn Group, PC in Dallas, Texas, and a trial lawyer whose practice includes sports and entertainment, employment, business litigation, and executive disputes. He represents athletes, coaches, sports executives, media personalities, business owners, and other professionals in high-stakes matters involving contracts, employment relationships, compensation, non-competes, confidentiality, and reputation-sensitive disputes. Dunn also advises clients on change-in-control agreements and other complex business issues.

Dunn earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Texas Law Review and participated in the Board of Advocates. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University with departmental distinction in English. After law school, Dunn served as a law clerk to Judge Reynaldo Garza of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, strengthening the research and advocacy skills central to his litigation practice.

Dunn represents sports and entertainment clients in contract negotiations, employment disputes, compensation matters, and litigation. His broader trial practice includes partnership disputes, FINRA arbitration, shareholder oppression, trade secrets, whistleblower claims, defamation, privacy matters, and significant personal injury cases. He has also advised C-level executives in major mergers and change-in-control disputes and conducted sensitive corporate investigations. His work has included matters across the United States and disputes with international dimensions.

Rogge Dunn is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been recognized by D Magazine, The Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon, and Texas Super Lawyers, among other publications. He also serves as an adjunct professor in Southern Methodist University’s Executive MBA program.
