Rocky McElhaney

Rocky completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1995. Rocky then earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nashville School of Law in 1999. He was admitted to practice in Tennessee state courts in 1999, United States District Court, Middle District, Tennessee in 1999, and United States Appeals Court, Sixth Circuit in 2006.
