Robin Kirkham

Robin Kirkham is a dedicated attorney with more than twenty years of legal experience, focusing on guiding individuals through sensitive family matters. Her approach blends strong legal advocacy with a commitment to reducing conflict, helping clients move forward with clarity, stability, and practical solutions during challenging life transitions.

Robin earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University in 2001 and later obtained a J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2004. Her academic background provided a strong legal foundation, equipping her with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate complex legal issues with confidence and precision.

Robin began her legal career as a Public Defender in Twin Falls, Idaho, where she worked extensively on criminal, juvenile, and child welfare cases. This experience strengthened her courtroom abilities and gave her a deeper understanding of the legal system, while also shaping her compassionate approach toward individuals facing difficult circumstances.

Robin focuses her practice on family law, mediation, and serving as a Private Guardian ad Litem. She works closely with clients to resolve disputes involving divorce, custody, and related matters, while also advocating for the best interests of children in complex family situations through her guardian ad litem responsibilities.

Robin is committed to helping clients find balanced and cooperative solutions whenever possible. Her mediation work reflects her belief that many disputes can be resolved more effectively through thoughtful negotiation, reducing stress and preserving relationships while still protecting her clients’ rights and long-term interests.
