Ray earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University, where he graduated in 1994. His legal education is supported by real-world law enforcement experience, having served as a juvenile probation officer and use-of-force instructor in Louisiana before entering law school.

Ray Jones has extensive experience defending governmental entities in cases involving excessive force, wrongful arrest, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination.
