Randi McGinn

Randi McGinn is one of the nation’s most accomplished trial lawyers, with more than 40 years of experience representing individuals and families in civil and criminal matters. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she has tried over 130 cases to verdict, winning 95% of them. Her areas of focus include catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, workplace violence, and products liability. As a fierce advocate, Ms. McGinn uses creativity, storytelling, and compelling courtroom demonstrations to win justice for her clients.

Ms. McGinn earned her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Ms. McGinn has a long list of landmark verdicts, including the largest jury award in New Mexico against a semi-trailer manufacturer. She served as a special prosecutor in the first criminal case against New Mexico police officers for an on-duty shooting, sparking reform. She is the first woman president of the Inner Circle of Advocates, a group of the top 100 trial lawyers in the U.S., and has received the AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Her numerous accolades include Lawyer of the Year honors from Best Lawyers in America®, listings in Lawdragon 500, and recognition as a Super Lawyers® Top 25 attorney.

Randi McGinn’s professional leadership includes board positions with the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
