Robert N. Warrington

Robert N. Warrington is an attorney with CampbellDeLong, LLP with thirty-five years of experience in business, corporate, and tax law. He serves as general counsel and special counsel for corporations in the maritime, utility, agricultural, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing industries, guiding clients on business matters, tax issues, and related transactions.

Robert earned a B.A. in Accy. from the University of Mississippi in 1985, a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1988, and an M.L. in taxation, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 1991. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Mississippi Law Journal Research Editor.

Robert represents clients in structuring business transactions and reviewing tax results. His work includes mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, stock sales, reorganizations, tax-deferred exchanges, estate planning, complex wills and trusts, probate of estates, and solar farm lease negotiations.
