Robert M. Bovarnick

Robert M. Bovarnick brings more than thirty years of experience to his practice, offering expert counsel in corporate transactions, litigation, and bankruptcy law. As founder of Bovarnick & Associates, LLC, he works with clients in all aspects of business, from entity structuring and contract drafting to mergers, acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

Bovarnick began his legal career as a litigation associate at Rice & Reiser in Miami before relocating to Philadelphia in 1986. Over the years, he honed his business litigation and bankruptcy expertise through roles at prestigious firms, including Astor, Weiss & Newman, and Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads. He launched Bovarnick & Associates in 2002 to provide focused, client-driven legal solutions.

Bovarnick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including Florida, Pennsylvania, various U.S. District Courts, and the 3rd and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals.
