Robert J. Bux

Robert J. Bux is a seasoned attorney and partner at Williams and Batchelder, LLP. He focuses his legal practice on estate planning, probate administration, business and corporate law, and civil litigation. With over 45 years of experience, Bux represents individuals and businesses across both Ohio and Florida.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati in 1978 after completing a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the Ohio State Bar Association, reflecting his deep expertise in those areas.

Licensed in all Ohio and Florida courts, as well as multiple federal jurisdictions, including the U.S. Supreme Court, Robert has successfully litigated numerous civil and probate jury trials. He has probated hundreds of estates and has served as counsel to businesses and insurance agencies on contracts, employment matters, and succession planning.
