Max A. Adams is the founder and managing partner of The MediLaw Firm in Miami and the chief executive officer of MediSolutions Group, LLC. His legal work focuses on physicians and other healthcare professionals, including dentists, veterinarians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. His practice addresses employment contract review, business formation, asset protection, and estate planning. He combines legal guidance with experience in financial planning issues affecting medical careers.
Max attended New York University and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami. He then studied law at the District of Columbia School of Law and the University of Richmond, earning his J.D. from the institution now known as the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in 1993. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1994. His legal training supports his work with healthcare professionals and their business arrangements.
Max has helped more than 7,500 healthcare professionals with contract negotiation and review. His work includes advising residents, fellows, physicians, dentists, veterinarians, nurse anesthetists, and physician assistants on arrangements affecting their careers. Through businesses associated with MediSolutions Group, his work also connects medical practice concerns with billing and financial services. He regularly speaks to medical trainees about contracts, establishing practices, and asset protection.
Max A. Adams has delivered presentations at more than 800 medical seminars across the United States. His professional involvement includes the Health Care Section of The Florida Bar, the Health Care Compliance Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association. He holds the Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow credential and has spoken at medical and professional conferences. His educational efforts help healthcare professionals understand the business and legal commitments they encounter during their careers.
