Robert E. Aldrich, Jr. is a highly respected civil trial attorney with decades of experience representing individuals and groups in complex litigation matters. Robert began his legal career at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent two years trying a wide range of criminal cases. He then transitioned to civil litigation, joining Cantey Hanger for 11 years before founding his firm, where he practiced for over two decades. Now, at Cantey Hanger, Robert delivers trusted legal counsel and effective courtroom advocacy.

Robert holds a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University, earned in 1975, and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University, completed in 1978. This strong academic foundation has supported his extensive litigation and legal service career. Robert is also board-certified, underscoring his commitment to excellence in his field.

Robert has been an active leader in the legal and civic communities throughout his career. He has held multiple leadership positions with the Tarrant County Bar Association—including Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, and President during the 2011–2012 bar year—and continues to serve on and contribute to a variety of legal boards and professional associations.
