Rob Beard

Rob Beard is a personal injury lawyer at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton. With a legal career spanning over two decades, he focuses on helping people who have been injured through no fault of their own. Rob earned his B.A. from Henderson State University in 1999. He went on to receive his J.D. with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2002. While in law school, he served as the Assistant Managing Editor of the UALR Law Review and Vice President of the Student Bar Association.

Rob has practiced in many areas of the law, including criminal prosecution, criminal defense, and civil litigation, since graduating. Over time, his primary focus shifted to representing victims of injury. Whether handling trucking accidents, product liability, or workplace injuries, Rob uses his full range of legal skills to help people recover.
