Rik N. Siro

Rik N. Siro is a senior partner at Siro Smith Dickson PC and a seasoned trial lawyer with nearly four decades of experience handling personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination cases. He is known for his deep commitment to justice and personal connection with each client he represents.

Mr. Siro earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1982, where he was a member of the Thurston Honor Society. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri–Columbia, graduating magna cum laude and earning membership in Phi Beta Kappa, one of the nation’s most prestigious academic honor societies.

After beginning his career at large firms in San Francisco and Kansas City, Mr. Siro shifted to a smaller, more client-focused practice. Since joining the firm that evolved into Siro Smith Dickson PC, he has consistently prioritized quality over volume, focusing on securing meaningful outcomes for injury victims and wronged employees throughout Missouri and California.
