Ridhika Kartan is an associate attorney whose practice is focused on family law matters involving sensitive personal and legal issues. She earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where her legal education emphasized advocacy, ethics, and effective representation in complex legal matters.

Before entering private legal practice, Ridhika worked in the social work field, supporting refugee, asylee, and special immigration visa populations in Maryland and Virginia. This experience strengthened her ability to work with diverse communities and to navigate cases involving high emotional and procedural complexity. In her legal practice, she applies this experience to family law matters, helping clients address disputes with care, preparation, and a forward-looking legal strategy.
