Rick D. Steinberg

Rick D. Steinberg is an attorney at law who established his law office in 1997. Since then, his office has served clients with many legal needs. His practice is built on focused attention, problem-solving, and a commitment to helping clients handle serious legal situations.

Rick works in several practice areas, including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate estates, personal injury, criminal defense, traffic, debt collection, business, contracts, and real estate. Rick has presented continuing legal education courses for the National Business Institute. In January 2019, he presented “Testamentary Capacity and Undue Influence” in estate planning and litigation. In December 2019, he presented “The Probate Process from Start to Finish” to attorneys in Wisconsin.

Rick D. Steinberg also serves the community through the Milwaukee and West Allis Central Lions Clubs, Lions Clubs International, and the Rotary Club. He is proud of his relationship with veterans organizations, including American Legion Post 0449, Veterans Chamber of Commerce, and the VA.
