Richard M. Freiman

Richard M. Freiman is a partner and founder of Richard Freiman & Associates, PLLC, where he handles complex civil defense litigation. He represents commercial property owners, developers, contractors, municipalities, transportation companies, manufacturers, insurers, and individuals. His practice includes premises liability, construction accidents, New York Labor Law claims, transportation cases, product liability, professional negligence, contract disputes, insurance coverage, and other contested civil matters.

Freiman earned a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Northeastern University and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. His business training and legal education support a litigation practice that frequently involves commercial relationships, insurance issues, technical evidence, and high-stakes liability questions. He is admitted in New York and Florida and in several federal courts, including the Second Circuit.

Freiman has more than 30 years of courtroom experience and has taken more than 50 cases to verdict.
