Richard M. Fogg

Richard M. Fogg is an attorney at Fogg Law Firm in El Reno, Oklahoma, where he represents clients in estate planning, probate, real estate, property matters, civil trials, condemnation, and related disputes. His work includes preparing tailored estate plans, guiding families through probate and estate administration, and helping clients address litigation and property issues. Richard earned a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma School of Law. Before returning home to enter the family law practice, he served as an Army intelligence officer and Captain in Vietnam, earning an Army Commendation Medal and a Vietnam Campaign Medal. His academic training and military service support a disciplined approach to legal analysis, client counseling, and problem solving.

Richard has broad experience in litigation, public agencies, and property law. He is admitted to the Oklahoma Western District Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Tax Court, and the US Supreme Court. His work has included service as Trial Counsel for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and as counsel for El Reno Public Schools and Park View Hospital, as well as matters involving civil disputes and property rights.

Richard M. Fogg has been recognized as Oklahoma’s 1971 Outstanding Young Lawyer and received a 50-year pin from the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2015. He has served as a State Bar Examiner, chair of the Board of Bar Examiners, President of the Canadian County Bar Association, and a founding member and board member of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms. His practice reflects a long-standing commitment to clients, the profession, and the community.
