Richard Corash

Richard Corash is a respected Staten Island attorney with more than 50 years of experience guiding individuals and businesses through complex legal matters. Corash holds a Bachelor’s from Harpur College SUNY Binghamton, a J.D. from Rutgers University, and an M.L. from Brooklyn Law School. These degrees shaped the foundation of his legal knowledge and strengthened his ability to handle both routine and highly complex matters across multiple practice areas.

Corash has assisted countless clients with business sales, financing, shareholder agreements, and LLC operating agreements during his career. Richard Corash has contributed to the legal community as a longtime member of the Richmond County Bar Association, in addition to his client work. He served on the Grievance Committee beginning in 1985 and served as its Chairman for 15 years. He has also lectured on grievance topics and worked as a Commercial and Construction Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
