Richard Corash is a respected Staten Island attorney with more than 50 years of experience guiding individuals and businesses through complex legal matters. Known as one of the Deans of Staten Island attorneys, he has built a strong reputation for solving problems, protecting client interests, and helping people move forward with confidence. Corash holds a Bachelor’s from Harpur College SUNY Binghamton, a J.D. from Rutgers University, and an M.L. from Brooklyn Law School. These degrees shaped the foundation of his legal knowledge and strengthened his ability to handle both routine and highly complex matters across multiple practice areas.

Corash has assisted countless clients with business sales, financing, shareholder agreements, and LLC operating agreements during his career. He has guided business owners through partnership disputes and helped resolve real estate and construction conflicts without costly litigation. His extensive experience with estate and probate issues has made him a go-to attorney for families facing complex disagreements over assets, valuations, and inheritance rights. He has represented lenders and purchasers in SBA and conventional financing and served as closing counsel for major financial institutions.

Richard Corash has contributed to the legal community as a longtime member of the Richmond County Bar Association, in addition to his client work. He served on the Grievance Committee beginning in 1985 and served as its Chairman for 15 years. He has also lectured on grievance topics and worked as a Commercial and Construction Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Admitted in New York, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Supreme Court, he continues to be recognized for his professionalism, leadership, and service.
