Richard Blok

Richard J. Blok is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer and partner at Racine Olson, PLLP, who focuses on criminal defense and family law. Richard earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Camden, NJ, in 2013. During law school, he volunteered with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Pennsylvania, focusing on Fourth Amendment search and seizure issues. He also served as an intern for a judge in the Criminal Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He holds a B.M., Cum Laude, from Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA, earned in 2006.

Richard began his legal career in Philadelphia, where he worked in both criminal and civil courts. He later practiced as a criminal defense attorney, handling cases at the misdemeanor, felony, and appellate levels. He has argued before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and has written numerous appeals. As a trial attorney, he has brought many cases to verdict, including felony jury trials. He has secured full acquittals and dismissals in serious cases involving burglary, aggravated assault, drug trafficking, and other major charges.
