Richard AlAziz

Richard AlAziz is the president and founder of Delta Law Group, PC, in Royal Oak, Michigan. His practice includes health care law, business and corporate law, and real estate law. Richard brings firsthand experience as a former small business owner to matters involving commercial operations and contracts. His work addresses legal decisions that organizations and individuals face while conducting business, managing property, and meeting their legal obligations.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University in 2009, followed by a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2013. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2014. Before attending law school, he owned and operated several small businesses, giving him practical familiarity with day-to-day commercial operations. His combination of business experience and legal training informs his understanding of the contractual and operational challenges that clients encounter when planning or managing transactions.

After law school, Richard served as a Wayne County Assistant Corporation Counsel, initially providing legal support to the Department of Economic Development. He later supported six divisions of the Department of Public Services. This public-sector experience involved working within government operations and addressing the legal needs of several departments. He draws on that background, along with his commercial experience, in his health care, real estate, and corporate practice.
