Renee Dagher

Renee Dagher is an accomplished immigration attorney with more than 25 years of legal experience representing corporations, educational institutions, families, and individuals. She is widely respected for her focused practice in immigration law and her ability to guide clients through complex legal systems with precision and confidence.

Renee received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit School of Law and earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Michigan State University. During law school, she worked with the Archdiocese of Detroit in its Immigration and Refugee Resettlement Departments, gaining early exposure to immigration advocacy and client representation.

Renee’s practice centers on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, labor certification filings, family-based immigration, waivers, and naturalization applications. She regularly works with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, and the Department of State.

Renee has demonstrated strong leadership throughout her career, founding Dagher Immigration Law in 2004 and later co-founding Dagher Khraizat Immigration Law Group in 2015. Prior to launching her own practice, she spent ten years with a southeastern Michigan immigration law firm, where she handled employment immigration, family immigration, and removal defense matters.

Renee is an active member of the Michigan State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the American Civil Liberties Union. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and participates in national immigration advocacy efforts in Washington, D.C.
