Krystle Marie Medina

Krystle Marie Medina is an attorney whose practice focuses on criminal and immigration law. Attorney Medina graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010. During law school, she served as President of the Hispanic Latino Law Student Association and gained practical legal experience through multiple positions, strengthening her courtroom skills and legal writing abilities.

While completing her legal education, Attorney Medina interned at Three Rivers Legal Services, assisting domestic violence victims. She also served as an extern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Narcotics Division, for the Southern District of Florida, where she helped prepare complex criminal trials. Additionally, she was a certified legal intern at the Public Defender’s Office in Gainesville, participating in all aspects of client representation, including court appearances.

After her admission to The Florida Bar in 2011, Attorney Medina practiced criminal law at the Law Offices of Paul D. Petruzzi in Miami, Florida. She regularly consulted with incarcerated clients, drafted motions, and appeared in courts throughout the state. After relocating to Michigan, she became a licensed member of the State Bar of Michigan and shifted her practice to immigration law, an area that aligned with her professional interests and prior legal exposure.

In December 2014, Krystle Marie Medina opened her own law firm in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Since that time, she has achieved successful outcomes for clients in both criminal and immigration cases. She is known for combining strong legal writing skills with thorough preparation and ongoing legal education to provide informed, effective advocacy.
