Renata Landskind

Renata Landskind is a respected attorney focusing on estate planning, elder law, probate, and complex Surrogate’s Court matters. With decades of experience, she provides steady guidance in probate and administration matters, trust and estate litigation, Medicaid planning, asset protection, and fiduciary disputes. Ms. Landskind earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice, cum laude, from St. John’s University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, New York. Her strong academic background helped establish the foundation for her career in estate and elder law. She uses this training every day to solve complex problems for clients and help them protect what matters most.

Ms. Landskind began her legal career at the Counsel to the Public Administrator of Kings County, where she gained extensive experience handling Surrogate’s Court matters. That early work gave her a deep understanding of probate procedures, will contests, accounting proceedings, and fiduciary issues. She later joined the elder law firm Connors and Sullivan, becoming a partner in 2009. After additional experience as a contract partner at Karol & Sosnik, P.C., she co-founded Landskind & Ricaforte Law Group, P.C., with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services built on trust, communication, and strong client relationships.
