Rebecka R. Bronkema

Rebecka R. Bronkema joined the firm in 2025. She brings experience from the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. In that role, she prosecuted misdemeanors. She also handled juvenile offender cases. She reviewed felony charges as well. Her work strengthened her litigation skills and case management experience for legal practice overall.

Rebecka earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from DePaul University in 2015. Her studies were in Political Science and Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse. She earned her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson Law in 2022. She also received a certificate in Government Affairs – National Security Law while there.

After graduating from DePaul University, Rebecka worked in property management for five years. Her work focused on leasing and collections. She served Condominium and Homeowners Associations across the Chicagoland area. She handled several roles in that field. This work refined her skills in association management and financial operations over time.

During law school, Rebecka was recognized as a Dean’s Fellow. She also served as an Academic Tutor. She worked as a Research Assistant. She held executive positions with the Women’s Law Caucus, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, Criminal Law Society, and OutLaw. These roles showed strong involvement in her legal education.

Rebecka is licensed to practice before all courts in Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. Her background includes prosecution, case review, litigation, property management, leasing, and collections. These areas support her work with clients. They also give her practical insight into association and client needs.
