About
Rebecca S. Wright is the founder of Wright Law, LLC, a Wyoming law firm serving clients in Alpine and throughout the state. Her practice includes Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, business formation, real estate, adoption, surrogacy, and family law matters. She advises clients managing debt, forming Wyoming limited liability companies, and addressing important family or property decisions. The firm offers both full-service and limited-scope representation.
Wright earned a J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2016 and a B.S. from the University of Wyoming in 2002. After law school, she worked as a judicial assistant in a Teton County District Court judge’s chambers. Her education and court-related experience established a foundation for advising clients on financial obligations, legal documents, procedural requirements, and the practical consequences of legal decisions.
Wright founded her practice in 2017. Her bankruptcy work includes helping individuals evaluate debt relief options, prepare filings, and understand the differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Her other work includes Wyoming LLC formation, marital agreements, adoption, and real estate matters. In family law, her practice emphasizes mediation, limited-scope assistance, and out-of-court solutions rather than courtroom representation in contested divorces or custody disputes.
Rebecca S. Wright serves in leadership roles in the Wyoming State Bar’s Bankruptcy and Business Law Sections and on the board of Teton County Access to Justice. She has participated in access-to-justice initiatives, written professional articles, and delivered continuing education presentations. Her client-focused practice combines financial and business law services with efforts to make legal procedures understandable and manageable for individuals and families.
