About
Rebecca Lindemann is an insurance defense lawyer and partner at Richmond & Quinn in Anchorage and an experienced litigator representing businesses and individuals in Alaska state and federal courts. Her defense practice includes catastrophic injury, wrongful death, aviation, professional liability, product liability, and bad faith claims. Rebecca handles both jury and bench trials and also works on complex matters involving multidistrict litigation, class actions, and appeals, giving clients representation across several stages of high-stakes civil disputes.
Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, and her law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was awarded the Order of the Coif. Her education prepared her for a litigation practice centered on detailed factual records, written advocacy, and courtroom strategy. Before returning to Anchorage, she practiced in Portland, Oregon, handling product liability cases in Oregon, Washington, and Montana.
Rebecca has litigated serious civil claims throughout Alaska and has experience with appellate matters before the Alaska Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Her work includes defending claims that involve significant injuries, professional conduct, products, aviation incidents, insurer obligations, and alleged bad faith. Her earlier multistate product liability practice also gives her experience managing disputes that cross jurisdictional lines and involve technical evidence or large corporate defendants.
Rebecca Lindemann was elected to the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel in 2021 and currently serves on Alaska’s Civil Rules Committee. She also brings leadership experience within the legal profession and her community. Rebecca’s practice combines trial preparation, appellate work, and complex-case management, helping clients evaluate legal exposure, develop defense strategies, and respond to demanding litigation with organized advocacy and a clear understanding of the procedural rules governing Alaska civil cases.
