Rebecca J. Braun

Rebecca J. Braun is an elder law and estate planning attorney and the founder of Mobile Legal Services, PLLC. She focuses her practice on helping individuals and families plan for the future while addressing legal needs arising from aging, long-term care, and estate administration.

Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree in Honors Criminology from the University of Windsor in 2005. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2009, completing the academic foundation for her work in elder law and estate planning.

After graduating from law school, Rebecca spent the first five years of her legal career working with traditional law firms. During this time, she gained hands-on experience serving clients in structured firm environments and developed a strong understanding of legal operations, client communication, and case management.

In 2014, Rebecca founded Mobile Legal Services, PLLC, with the goal of rethinking how legal services are delivered. Her practice emphasizes client satisfaction, accessibility, and personalized attention, drawing on her background in customer service and her belief that effective legal representation begins with understanding client needs.

Rebecca holds the designation of Certified Dementia Practitioner and is accredited through the Department of Veterans Affairs. These credentials allow her to better assist seniors, individuals with cognitive impairment, and veterans navigating complex legal and benefit-related matters.

Rebecca J. Braun is actively involved in professional and community organizations. She currently serves as vice chair on the board of directors for Canterbury-on-the-Lake, a senior living continuum in Waterford, Michigan. She has also served on several boards, including the Business Women’s Network, the Senior Coordinating Aging Network for Wayne County, and the Allen Park Chamber of Commerce, and is a founding member of the Veterans’ Resource Network of Southeast Michigan.
