About
Rebecca Faith Bratter is the deputy managing partner of Greenspoon Marder, overseeing the firm’s national expansion, strategy, and operational growth. As a key member of the firm’s Executive Committee, she collaborates with co-founders Gerald Greenspoon and Michael Marder to enhance client offerings and develop new market opportunities. With over two decades at the firm, Rebecca plays a vital role in managing firm-wide initiatives, recruiting top attorneys, and strengthening the firm’s position as an Am Law 200 law firm.
Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs. She later pursued her Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating cum laude. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2003, she is also licensed to practice before multiple U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Before assuming her leadership role, Rebecca focused her practice on class action defense, regulatory litigation, and consumer trade practices. She represented clients in highly regulated industries, including healthcare, consumer finance, and debt settlement. She also defended businesses in federal and state investigations involving hospitality, securities, and employment law. Her experience in navigating government scrutiny and compliance challenges has made her a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries.
