James V. Etscorn

James V. Etscorn is a highly respected trial lawyer with over three decades of experience representing businesses in high-stakes litigation. Etscorn earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1987 and his B.S. in Political Science with honors from Florida State University in 1984. Admitted to practice in Florida, he represents clients in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and multiple U.S. District Courts within the state. His deep legal expertise has made him a leader in trial advocacy.
