James V. Etscorn

James V. Etscorn is a highly respected trial lawyer with over three decades of experience representing businesses in high-stakes litigation. Etscorn earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1987 and his B.S. in Political Science with honors from Florida State University in 1984. Admitted to practice in Florida, he represents clients in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and multiple U.S. District Courts within the state. His deep legal expertise has made him a leader in trial advocacy.

A recognized authority in product liability, Etscorn has defended clients in wrongful death cases, product defect claims, and chemical exposure disputes. He also assists companies in designing safety warnings and navigating federal regulatory matters, including recalls before the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
