Reade earned his B.A. from Brown University in 2010. He later received his J.D. from Emory University in 2013. During the early stages of his legal career, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Joel Schneider (U.S.M.J.) (Ret.) in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. That experience strengthened his understanding of litigation procedure and complex case management.
Reade focuses on disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, business torts, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and fiduciary relationships. He also has experience handling life and long-term care reinsurance arbitrations.
