Raymond earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2004. Before pursuing law, he studied graphic design at Drexel University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. His transition from the arts to law reflects his ability to approach legal challenges with creative problem-solving skills. After graduating from law school, he gained experience in real estate law, working in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, where he handled commercial and residential transactions.

Raymond M. Kempinski later shifted his focus to consumer bankruptcy law, assisting clients in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties with debt relief. In 2011, he co-founded Coleman & Kempinski, a law firm dedicated to bankruptcy cases, which later transitioned into Kempinski Law.
