Raphael Roman

Raphael Roman, Esq, is an experienced attorney and owner at Fleet Street Title & Closing whose practice focuses on real estate law and commercial lending. With more than 15 years of experience, he has represented community banks, national lenders, Certified Development Companies (CDCs), businesses, and individuals in a wide range of real estate transactions. His work includes handling complex lending matters, commercial property transactions, and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for providing practical legal guidance and helping clients complete transactions successfully.

Raphael earned a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. His legal education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, problem-solving, and advocacy. The J.D. degree prepared him to address complex real estate and lending matters while helping clients understand important legal requirements. His academic background continues to support his work in commercial transactions and lender representation.

Raphael has developed significant experience representing lenders in SBA-backed 504 and 7(a) loan transactions. He is recognized as one of the few SBA 504 Designated Attorneys in the New England region. His knowledge of lending regulations and transaction requirements allows him to guide clients through every stage of the process. He is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, Florida, and Alabama, allowing him to assist clients across multiple jurisdictions.
