Randy Opotowsky

Randy Opotowsky brings nearly four decades of experience in real estate, business, and corporate law. His practice spans residential and commercial transactions, condominium development, subdivision projects, and representation of homeowner associations. In addition, his background includes over 25 years of litigation, handling disputes tied to real estate, expropriation, and condominium matters.

Randy completed his undergraduate studies at Tulane University of Louisiana, earning a B.A. in 1974. He went on to obtain his J.D. from Louisiana State University and A. and M. College in 1977. The same year, he was admitted to the Louisiana Bar and to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, later joining the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 1981.

Randy is known for representing developers of both new and renovated condominium projects across New Orleans, as well as assisting in residential subdivision developments throughout the region. He has guided clients through thousands of single-family sales, numerous condominium closings, and multimillion-dollar commercial loan transactions for developers and property owners. His practice also extends to representing regional banks in business and real estate lending matters.
