Randy Opotowsky

Randy Opotowsky brings nearly four decades of experience in real estate, business, and corporate law. His practice spans residential and commercial transactions, condominium development, subdivision projects, and representation of homeowner associations. In addition, his background includes over 25 years of litigation, handling disputes tied to real estate, expropriation, and condominium matters.

Randy completed his undergraduate studies at Tulane University of Louisiana, earning a B.A. in 1974. He went on to obtain his J.D. from Louisiana State University and A. and M. College in 1977. The same year, he was admitted to the Louisiana Bar and to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, later joining the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 1981.
