Randy Briley

Randy Briley is an experienced attorney whose extensive practice covers family law, child support, DUI defense, divorce, personal injury, general civil law, corporate and business law, property association representation, and contracts law. Randy earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Florida before completing his J.D. at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. As a Licensed Certified Public Accountant, he brings financial insight to legal matters, enabling him to analyze business records, contractual issues, and complex civil disputes with clarity and precision.

Randy began his legal career as a State Prosecutor, where he tried more than 30 jury cases and led the white-collar crimes division in the St. Augustine branch of the State Attorney’s Office. This role sharpened his litigation skills and strengthened his ability to manage fact-intensive matters requiring strategic courtroom advocacy.

After transitioning into private practice, Randy expanded his experience in civil trial law at respected Florida firms, handling a wide range of disputes involving personal injury claims, contract disputes, business matters, and general civil litigation. His work allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the many interconnected areas of Florida civil law.

Since 2000, Randy has partnered with attorney Blake Deal, managing all non-real estate litigation and advisory matters. His diverse background enables him to handle complex cases involving bankruptcy litigation, foreclosure defense, quiet title actions, property association issues, lien disputes, business governance, and estate-related matters.
