Gilland Chenault is a highly experienced Texas attorney focused on probate, fiduciary litigation, trust matters, and estate administration. Gilland Chenault has contributed extensively to the Texas probate system beyond his work with individual clients. He plays the role of an Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem at the Denton County Probate Court and has held leadership positions with the Denton Bar Association. He has also acted as a Special Commissioner in Eminent Domain hearings. His career also includes service in charitable planned giving and institutional development for Texas Woman’s University, further expanding his experience in trusts, property, and estate-related matters.
