Rahul B. Patel is the managing partner and founding attorney of Patel Gaines, PLLC, one of Texas’ fastest-growing business law firms. His expertise spans business and corporate law, commercial litigation, real estate law, and property tax litigation.

Mr. Patel earned his B.B.A. in Marketing and Economics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2003. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, graduating with the skills necessary to handle complex business law matters. Licensed to practice in Texas since 2010, he has since become a trusted name in corporate and real estate law.

Throughout his career, Mr. Patel has led high-profile cases with exceptional results. He secured a $9 million property tax savings for a client in Treeline Park vs. BCAD. In franchise law, he successfully negotiated a $750,000 liquidated damages claim down to less than $5,000. His defense in Bowman v. Kisan, LLC resulted in a full dismissal of a complex ADA lawsuit.
