Bryan K. Bassett is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in business formation, planning, and transactions. Mr. Bassett earned his B.S. in Accounting and Japanese from Brigham Young University in 1991, graduating cum laude. He later obtained his J.D. from Brigham Young University in 1999, also cum laude. His background in accounting and law gives him a unique ability to handle financial complexities in business transactions.
