Raegan M. Gibson

Raegan M. Gibson is an Indianapolis attorney who focuses on real estate and business litigation, counseling, and transactional matters for clients throughout Indiana. She represents individuals, businesses, banks, and local governments as both plaintiffs and defendants. Her practice includes contract and ownership disputes, employment agreement matters, real estate sale and title issues, construction claims, lease disputes, zoning and eminent domain actions, and residential and commercial foreclosures.

Gibson earned her J.D. with honors from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2007. She received several academic scholarships, served on the moot court board and law review, and completed externships with two Indiana Superior Court judges. She previously earned a B.A. summa cum laude in government, with a minor in criminology, and a Master of Public Administration from Western Kentucky University. As an undergraduate, she won multiple national and one international debating competitions.
