Rachel J. Ballard

Rachel J. Ballard is an associate attorney at Saalfeld Griggs PC Law, specializing in land use and real estate law. She also externed for Judge Robyn Ridler Aoyagi at the Oregon Court of Appeals and participated in the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition.
